Yeah, I went alone like three weeks ago. But I think for a music festival where there are a lot of people coming in from other places and a ton of drinking, etc., going on I would rather have someone with me.

I am tempted to just buy tickets now; they’re not expensive and I could probably unload them later if I needed to. The issues are:
lack of person to go with
not sure whether hypothetical future job will let me peace out for three days so early in my tenure
flights are reasonably priced now but might not be by the time I’m ready to commit to going
